What Is The Difference Between Law Of Attraction And Law Of Assumption

Most of you may have heard about the law of attraction and how you can use it to manifest your goals or dreams in life. But how many of us are actually aware of what the law of assumption is or how one can differentiate between the law of attraction and the law of assumption

If we talk on the basis of data, a large number of people have no idea of how the two differ from each other since both the laws sound very similar, and it’s quite common for people to get confused. We will simply try to break it down into parts so that one can easily comprehend both the concepts before applying them to their manifestation plans.

What is the law of attraction

The law of attraction is the idea of manifesting what you want by thinking about it, concentrating on it, visualizing yourself with it, and imagining it in your current life. This comes with a belief that if you think positive, positive things will follow you and if you think bad or negative, bad things will happen.

If you focus on the idea of yourself having your desired results, then you will manifest them. So, to use the law of attraction to manifest your desires, you need to become vibrationally aligned with them and attract them into reality.

In conclusion to this law, every day we create our realities, both consciously and unconsciously.

What is the law of Assumption?

It’s not been very long since this law was proposed by Nevile Goddard. It explains how what you believe and assume to be true turns into a  fact. According to the law of assumption what you assume about the world, what you assume about people and what you assume about yourself is reflected back to you in to your life. It talks about one more thing and that is, manifesting what you want by believing that you already have it. In other words, you trick your mind to believe that you already have what you wanted. This law helps you level up your manifestation game.

The law tells you that you can create anything you desire by assuming the feeling of your wish has already been fulfilled because nothing exists outside of your own consciousness so you can create an entire experience completely based on where your consciousness is currently.

What is the Difference between the Law of Attraction and the law of Assumption

If we put it in one sentence, the law of assumption is basically considered a better version of the law of attraction by a lot of people. But it would not be right to say that one is better than the other because that’s not it works.

The one major difference that we see between both laws is that the law of assumption is more specific than the law of attraction. The law of assumption is a precise approach to manifest a specific thing or one specific outcome.

The law of attraction is a holistic way and can be used to manifest positive things in almost all areas of your life. Let’s see, what other major differences are there.

Three Differences between The Law of Attraction and The Law of assumption

Ways of Manifestation differ

The law of assumption says that whatever you assume about the world or the things around you turns into a reality. That is why if you want to change what you are experiencing, you must change the assumptions you hold about the world. The law also calls your entire experience of the world a projection of your internal consciousness.

Meanwhile, The law of attraction states that like attracts like. It believes in vibrational frequencies and energies. It says that your energy is constantly attracting situations or experiences that match your energy. By applying the law of attraction in your life, you will figure out why things happen the way they do and what you can do to shift your energy.

Existence of a Higher power

As per the law of assumption, nothing exists outside of you. So, there is no God. Everything you experience is a simple projection of your own mind. You create everything for yourself. Manifestation for your desires as per this law comes when you start assuming the feeling of your wish is fulfilled.

At the same time, The law of Attraction says that the universe always works around vibrational frequencies. Your energy attracts a similar kind of energy. There will always be a vibrational match for your vibrational requests.

Differences over free will

The law of assumption goes with the belief that free will does not exist. Since you are the creator of your own reality, you only project what you assume or how you assume about anything and everything around you.

If you want to change someone or something, you first need to start by changing your assumptions about them.

The law of attraction does recognize the power of free will. It states that everyone has the ability to manifest their desires. You need to raise your vibrations and get into alignment with the feeling you want to experience. The universe will then deliver you things that are a vibrational match for your energies

The law of Attraction vs the Law of Assumption; which one is better

Although differences are there, the law of attraction and the law of assumption are both great ways to manifest your desires. If you go through the internet or any other source, you might end up in a deep confusion since everyone has tried to explain things as per their own thoughts, mindsets, experiences and opinions. What works for you might not work for me. So, you need to find out which one works for you better because one is not better than the other.

Conclusion

Both concepts can bring success in all areas of life. One needs to decide what he or she would like to go ahead with and to sum the differences up we can only say that as per the law of attraction, positive thoughts bring positive experiences and negative thoughts bring negative experiences. Whereas the law of assumption believes that you can manifest what you want only by believing that you already have it.
